Pirulo AI Lab — Growth Automations

Marketing automation for SMEs and businesses

Pirulo designs marketing and sales follow-up automations for companies in Argentina. The aim is to organise the path of an enquiry, from its arrival to the next action a team member needs to take.

More messages do not solve a broken process

A campaign can bring enquiries while the team still lacks a shared record: scattered conversations, repeated replies and follow-up that relies on memory. This service is for businesses with recurring sales tasks and a person who owns the process. Before automating, we map what happens to each enquiry and which exceptions need human attention.

What we can build

We design a tailored workflow around approved channels. Connections to WhatsApp, forms, calendars or a CRM depend on APIs, permissions and terms of use; we do not promise an integration before reviewing them.

  • An enquiry journey map and rules for routing to the team.
  • A prototype for capture, initial classification, reminders or follow-up.
  • Status records and documentation of errors and exceptions.
  • An operating guide and a proposed set of monitoring metrics.

Implementation without blind automation

We identify the bottleneck, design a workflow and prototype with representative cases, including those that must leave the automated path. Implementation follows validation of access and rules. We learn from replies, handovers and failures to decide what to adjust. Each stage has a scope that can be reviewed before expanding the system.

What automation does not promise

This is not a sales guarantee or a complete replacement for the sales team. Sensitive replies, prices and commitments need rules and oversight. Growth Desk is presented as a prototype capability, not a public case with measured results. Platform costs, maintenance and support are agreed separately.

Preparing for the first conversation

Tell us where enquiries arrive, who replies, which tool records opportunities and which tasks repeat. If possible, bring anonymised examples of an enquiry handled well and one that missed follow-up. This helps us assess a realistic first scope.

Can we start without a CRM?

We can begin by organising the process and agreeing on a basic record. The tool follows the need; you do not have to buy a CRM before discussing the work.

Will AI answer everything without supervision?

No. We define what it can answer, when it must hand over and who reviews exceptions. An automated reply must not commit to unapproved prices, timings or terms.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

That depends on integrations, permissions and the scope of the first workflow. After reviewing the process, we propose deliverables and stages rather than a universal timeline or price.
