Pirulo AI Lab — Interactive Experiences

Interactive AI experiences for brands and events

At Pirulo AI Lab, we design interactive experiences and games for brands, activations and corporate events. We look for a reason to participate: a choice, a challenge or a conversation the audience wants to engage with.

From attention to meaningful participation

An event or campaign does not need a game just to showcase technology. This work is for brand teams, organisers, sponsors and agencies that want to connect an interaction to a specific purpose: introducing a topic, explaining an offer or starting a business conversation. We include AI when it contributes to the experience, not as a promise of unlimited personalisation.

Game development for activations

We can design a short mechanic, a narrative game, a challenge or a question-and-results experience. We define what participants do, what they receive at the end and how it relates to the brand. A mobile game and a physical installation have different needs: we review screens, connectivity, devices and accessibility from the prototype onwards.

Deliverables and event operations

The proposal sets out what will be built and who will operate it. If the experience collects data, it must explain the purpose and have consent and an applicable privacy policy in place before launch.

  • A creative concept, participant journey and interaction rules.
  • A playable prototype and journey tests on agreed devices.
  • Implementation, a closing screen and the connections within scope.
  • An operating guide, contingency plan and evaluation criteria.

A documented case: La Vieja vs. Dibu

A conversation on Paren la Mano led to a pixel-art narrative penalty game, designed by Agustín Muzzio and Ariel Kosacoff. Its organic circulation across social networks and streaming communities shows one way to turn a cultural reference into a playable experience. The case does not demonstrate that every brand will receive the same response.

Process and limits

We identify an opportunity, develop the mechanic, prototype, implement and learn from use. Scope depends on content, integrations and event conditions. Rights to third-party characters, music and brands are not automatically included and must be cleared. We do not promise virality, a participant count or commercial leads simply from publishing a game.

Does the game have to use AI during play?

No. AI may assist production or form part of the interaction if it makes sense. We define the mechanic and participant experience before choosing the technology.

Can it work at a corporate event and on phones?

We can design for those settings. Before agreeing on scope, we review connectivity, devices, duration, accessibility and who will operate it. Not every mechanic suits every environment.

Can it capture leads?

Yes, when lead capture is included in the scope. We agree on fields, consent, data destination and access. Participation should not require undisclosed uses of personal data.

How do I request a proposal?

Tell us the brand, audience, objective, date and usage context. We use that to assess the idea, dependencies and an initial prototype before defining implementation.
